Outsmart Overeating is an 8 week Course 

I offer the  Outsmart Overeating Course a few times a year and it's beginning in March!
 
Join me for an 8 week course that I designed using evidenced-based, behavior change education to help you change your eating patters.  

We will do more that talk about it.  We hold each other accountable while supporting each other for lasting change.  

Our focus is creating greater health, vitality and joy to life, not counting calories or points.  

No quick fixes or false promises, but real brain science and resources for you  to do the work  so you don't waste time.  

This is a program that will recharge your commitment to self- care and deepen your sense of self.  

We put in the effort for real and lasting change.  

I teach from a place of hard won wisdom and years of study and research.

I know how diets work and then don't, having gained and regained 
55 lbs. (or more) five times.
 
Frustrated, overwhelmed and dispirited, I'd had enough. 
I just wanted to be the real me that 
I knew on the inside.

Drawing from my experience as a trained counselor and my education in neuroscience, I  brought together practical and effective brain and behavior change tools and finally found freedom and peace. 
 
A group of friends asked for my 'plan' and I created the first version of  Outsmart Overeating. 
 That was in 2019. 

Hundreds of women have helped make this the effective and life changing course it is today.

 I've learned how to guide women by sharing skills that work and teaching the 'why' beneath the how.

We work on creating habits that support you while learning how to make your brain put it on auto-pilot.
