It all feels so natural now. " L.O.

With her wealth of knowledge and breadth of experience I expect she should share this program with the planet." Yolanda
A note to you, especially if you are wondering if this might be a good fit.
How do you want to feel this summer?
I know for me, 55 lbs ago, I didn't want another summer of trying to find clothes to hide my arms, shorts that fit and that wouldn't do the inner-thigh ride up, and flowy-type blouses that didn't make me worry if I looked pregnant, even if I was menopausal!
And deeper than that, I simply wanted to feel better in my body and learn to stop judging everything that went into my mouth or every time I caught my reflection.
I needed to try something different since I 'knew what to do', but couldn't seem to follow through.
Students often tell me the Outsmart Overeating course offers a structure for self-healing well beyond weight loss.
If you are on the fence I invite you to jump off and consider how 8 weeks of supported and focused work (yes, it's work) can change how you feel about yourself, your body and your relationship with food this summer.
You will be supported to make changes that enrich your whole life and improve your health.
You'll learn a scientific approach that doesn't leave out the emotional weight and includes real-life, practical skills and tools that go beyond diets that don't work.
It's the 21st offering (!) and with all that experience, the Outsmart course structure and tools have been honed for the most effective path for your success.
We being on Monday, March 31st.
